FAQs
The campaign is open to licensed mortgage brokers in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia who submit eligible deals that meet Neighbourhood’s Lending Guidelines during the campaign period.
At the end of each month, one broker is randomly selected from the prize draw based on the number of points earned. More points = higher chances of winning!
To qualify, deals must fit Neighbourhood's Lending Guidelines and meet the following criteria:
- 1 Point – Submit a Qualified Deal
- 5 Points – Get a Quote Issued
- 10 Points – Receive a Commitment
- 20 Points – Fund a Deal
Each month, one broker wins $5,000 towards any Bici product of their choice. If you select a higher-value product (e.g., $10,000), Neighbourhood covers up to $5,000.
Brokers will receive automated email updates showing their current points status. You can also contact your BDM for an update.
Winners are announced at the end of each month via email.
