I review incoming mortgage submissions from brokers and assist in decisioning files. I work closely with brokers to understand their submissions and come up with creative solutions to help their clients. In collaboration with the team, my aim is always to move files through our pipeline efficiently and to provide quick, friendly, and informative service to brokers from start to finish.
