I underwrite and authorize loans. This entails working closely with brokers to ensure loan eligibility all the while maintaining compliance with Neighbourhood’s lending guidelines. I flourish most in complex and time sensitive files. I really enjoy working with our broker partners to find solutions for borrowers that get them into a home they love or help build their investment portfolio.
